My Approach to Therapy
There are many challenges in life and relationships that can leave us feeling hurt, burdened, and disconnected from those that are most important to us. Therapy is a place where you and your family can be supported in carrying and healing from the burdens of life. I can provide the context in which you and your family members can create compassionate, caring, and safe relationships with one another. This will allow for healing, both individually and interpersonally. As you nurture these connections you will find new energy not only in your relationships, but in all aspects of your life.
